How to Redeem Your Top Heroes Gift Codes Correctly

Redeeming rewards in Top Heroes is not always as straightforward as in other mobile titles. Depending on your device and the specific code you are using, you may need to choose between the in-game menu or the official web portal. Understanding these nuances is a top-tier strategy for ensuring you never miss out on limited-time bonuses.

Where to Find the Gift Code Menu In-Game

For most standard codes, the in-game redemption system is the most convenient option. This method works for both Android and most non-restricted accounts. To access it, follow these steps:

  1. Launch Top Heroes: Kingdom Saga on your device.
  2. Tap on your Avatar icon located in the top-left corner of the main screen.
  3. Select the Settings icon (represented by a small gear).
  4. Look for the Gift Code button within the settings menu.
  5. Enter your code exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive) and tap "Confirm."

According to Top Heroes Info , rewards are usually delivered instantly to your in-game mailbox. If the button is missing, it is likely because your account is on a platform (like iOS) that requires the web store for certain transactions.

How to Use the New Top Heroes Web Store for Exclusive Codes

A significant advancement in the game's ecosystem is the migration of the official store. Previously hosted on a third-party domain, the official platform has moved to store.topheroes.com . This new portal is widely regarded as the primary hub for high-value rewards, such as the Carriage Lucky Chests.

Pro-Tip for iOS Users: Due to platform restrictions, many codes will not work within the Apple version of the app. Bookmark the official web store to ensure you can always claim your rewards.

To use the web store, you will need your Player UID . You can find this by tapping your Avatar and looking at the "Lord Details" screen. Once you have your UID:

  • Visit the official Top Heroes Web Store .
  • Enter your UID in the login field.
  • Verify your character name and server to ensure the rewards go to the correct account.
  • Navigate to the "Gift Code" or "Redeem" tab.
  • Paste your code and check your in-game mail.

Why Is My Top Heroes Code Not Working?

One of the most common frustrations for players is receiving an error message when trying to claim a reward. While many assume a code has simply expired, there are several technical reasons why a valid code might fail. Addressing these pitfalls is essential for a smooth experience.

What the Data Doesnt Exist Error Actually Means

If you enter a code and receive the "Data doesn't exist" error, it does not always mean the code is invalid. Based on community reports from Reddit's Top Heroes community , this specific error frequently occurs when a player tries to redeem a Web-Only code through the in-game menu. Codes that are alphanumeric strings (like `EAA924CB`) are often tied to the web store's backend and will not be recognized by the game client itself.

Additionally, some codes have a Redemption Cap . This means the developers have set a limit on the total number of times the code can be used across the entire player base. Once that limit is reached, the code will return an error even if the expiration date has not yet passed.

Why You Should Not Confuse Gift Codes with Invite Codes

There is a notable distinction between "Gift Codes" and "Invite Codes" that often confuses new players. Gift codes are promotional strings provided by the developers for free items. Invite codes (or Invitation Codes) are unique strings generated by players to recruit friends to their server.

Entering an invite code into the Gift Code box will invariably result in an error. If you are trying to help a friend or earn recruitment rewards, ensure you are using the "Invite" or "Social" tab rather than the settings menu. This distinction is a common bug reported by users on community forums , where players mistakenly try to "redeem" their friends' IDs for free diamonds.

How to Get More Free Rewards in Top Heroes Kingdom Saga

While codes are a top choice for quick boosts, they are only one part of a comprehensive resource strategy. To truly excel, you must understand how to maximize the value of the items you receive.

Why You Should Save Your Resource Chests for Later

Many codes provide "Resource Chests" containing meat, stone, or timber. A notably innovative mechanic in Top Heroes is that the contents of these chests often scale with your Castle Level . Opening a chest at Level 5 might yield 10,000 meat, while the same chest opened at Level 25 could yield 100,000 or more.

"Strategic hoarding is the secret to surviving the late-game grind. Save your resource chests from codes until you hit a major progression wall, usually around Castle Level 20 or higher."

By delaying the use of these chests, you ensure that every code you redeem provides the maximum possible value when you need it most. This approach is widely regarded as one of the most effective ways for F2P players to stay competitive with high-spending players.

Where to Find New Codes Before They Expire

Codes in Top Heroes can be notoriously short-lived. To stay ahead, you should monitor several key channels:

Official Social Media
The developers frequently post codes on the official Facebook page to celebrate follower milestones (e.g., `FB300KGB`).
Creator and Partner Codes
Influencers and partners like Sensor Tower often have unique codes (e.g., `THSensorTower2025`) that may have longer expiration windows than standard holiday codes.
Regional Variations
Keep an eye on Korean (THKR) or Japanese (THJP) community events. While these codes are sometimes region-locked, they occasionally work on global servers during cross-regional celebrations.

The Truth About Top Heroes Diamond Generators and Cheats

As you search for "top heroes codes," you will likely encounter websites promising "Diamond Generators" or "Unlimited Resource Cheats." It is vital to understand that these are phishing scams designed to steal your account information or personal data. There is no legitimate tool that can inject diamonds into your account outside of the official game servers.

According to security discussions on gaming subreddits , these sites often ask for your UID and then require you to complete "human verification" tasks that generate revenue for the scammer while providing zero rewards to you. In many cases, using these tools can lead to a permanent ban of your Top Heroes account for violating the terms of service.

Instead of risking your account, focus on legitimate ways to earn extra currency:

  • Participating in official Discord events and giveaways.
  • Completing daily and weekly quests consistently.
  • Using legitimate reward apps (like Google Opinion Rewards) to earn credit for in-game purchases.

Key Takeaways for Maximizing Your Rewards

Staying ahead in Top Heroes requires a mix of quick reflexes and long-term planning. Here is how to make the most of every code:

  • Check the Web Store first if an in-game code returns a "Data doesn't exist" error.
  • Always copy and paste codes to avoid errors with case sensitivity or similar-looking characters (like 0 and O).
  • Save your resource chests until you reach higher Castle Levels to maximize the meat and stone output.
  • Verify your UID on the official store.topheroes.com site to ensure rewards reach your character.
  • Distinguish between Gift and Invite codes to avoid unnecessary troubleshooting frustration.
  • Avoid all "generators" and third-party cheat sites to protect your account from permanent bans.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find my UID in Top Heroes?

To find your Player UID, tap on your Avatar in the top-left corner of the main game screen. This will open the "Lord Details" menu. Your UID is a long string of numbers located near your character name. You can tap the small "copy" icon next to it to ensure accuracy when using the web store.

Can I use the same code on multiple accounts?

Most Top Heroes codes are limited to one use per account. However, if you have multiple characters on different servers under the same login, you can often redeem the code once for each character. If you have entirely separate accounts, the code can be used once on each unique UID.

Are there any permanent codes for new players?

The code TH777 is widely regarded as the most reliable long-term code for new players. It has remained active through multiple updates and provides a solid starting boost of 300 Diamonds and 3 Recruit Vouchers. Most other codes are time-limited and expire within a few weeks of release.

What is the best thing to spend free Diamonds on?

While it depends on your current needs, many top-tier players recommend spending Diamonds on Recruit Vouchers during summoning events or on Stamina refills to accelerate hero leveling. Avoid spending Diamonds on basic resources like meat or stone, as these can be gathered for free over time.

Why did the kopglobal store stop working?

The developers migrated the official store from the kopglobal.com domain to a dedicated topheroes.com domain to improve security and user experience. If you have the old site bookmarked, you should update it to store.topheroes.com to access the latest gift code redemption features and the Gold Block Store.
